All English Cookers are designed
and intended to cook with either propane gas, charcoal, wood or a
combination. Cooking temperatures can be regulated from approximately
150 degrees to over 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the cooking temperature
has been set the cooker will maintain the temperature within 3 to 5
degrees for as long as 10 hours with a 20# propane bottle.
The English Cooker is perfect for catering large group events. It is also useful for community civic clubs, banks and other businesses. The cooker is delivered with your attractive logo mounted on top.
